How much should we pay the Filipino nurses?

The US Department of Labor is very clear about the minimum gross salary paid to international nurses. A prevailing wage has been established in every region of the country. Hospitals and nursing homes must pay the international nurses within 5% of that prevailing wage. Highly qualified Filipino nurses will likely command competitive levels of compensation.
