What type of healthcare experience do Filipino nurses have?

At the time that nurses are interviewed by Bortles & Laird, they have a minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitals, clinics or nursing homes. By the time the Filipino nurses receive their green card and pass the NCLEX-RN, they will have a minimum of 2 years experience in their profession. Most of the nurses we contact have 3 to 5 years of experience in their profession.
